And nobody is surprised by Egypt...

So this morning I turned on NPR only to hear that over night ~+500 people had been killed in Egypt. In a move that's a surprise to nobody the government has decided to crack down on those people they don't like.

It actually took longer then I thought for them to get to this place.  I expect the full civil war between the government and the Muslim brotherhood to get kicked off in earnest.

Reading CNN I see that they've already gone after the Christians and burned a dozen churches.

What's next?

I expect more bloodshed.  The MBH is going to want retribution for all those people killed.  More than ever they're going to argue that they need to fight.

The crazier elements of the Muslim brotherhood are now going to bubble to the top.
